Delivery & returns

 Please  call  us immediately on  the  day  you take delivery  of  your Affordable  Solarium item,  as  we  cannot take  any  issues  up  with  our couriers  unless  we  notify them straight  away.  This  means  we can  actvstraight  away.

We  will require  proof  of  damage  sonif  you can  photos  and email  them to us,  that would  be fantastic.

Where  a  courier wants you to  sign  for goods that are  damaged ,  please  write a note  that they  are damaged  or  awaiting  inspection.

The item would need to be returned in its original packaging, once packaged up we can arrange a courier to collect the item to be returned to us.

Replacement - once the damaged item is returned and inspected the replacement will be sent out.  

We understand that you may change your mind and want to return an order as unsuitable for your requirements.

We are happy to offer an exchange or a refund, providing the item is returned to us unused, in its original condition and within 28 calendar days of receipt. 

You will be responsible in returning the item to Affordable Solariums and paying the shipping to do so. We recommend that you take out tracking and insure the item.

Refund ls will be processed within 14  days of the item being returned.

Refunds not given when:

Damaged an item by trying to repair it themselves or getting someone else to do it 

No longer want an item (for example because it’s the wrong size or colour)

All items returned are required to arrive in original packaging and instructions if either are missing this will be charged at £20 , if this is not available then you must send in suitable packaging as we can not be responsible you any damages that occur in transit back to ourselves. 

Restocking fee and admin costs will occur on items returned at 20%.
